Mahmood Hadi is the founder and Managing Director of Finplement Technologies. He has over 35 years of banking and banking technology experience covering software projects and sales, implementations and go to market (GTM) strategy.
Mahmood worked with Finastra (ex-Misys) at its Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific regions for 27 years. He has vast experience covering implementation, consulting, business analysis and product development. Role included preparing project plans covering various stages from project initiation, resourcing and implementation life cycle to SIT/UAT, Go-Live and post-live support for Finastra products. Prior to that worked in an international bank.
His sales experience includes management of key Finastra accounts in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. In his sales role he excelled in generation of new business opportunities and management of one of the largest Fusion Equation customers globally.
Giri has over two decades of experience in banking solutions and management roles esp. in talent acquisition with start-ups and multi-nationals in Middle East, South Asia and Africa. He's a key driver of Finplement’s vision to be the partner of choice for Bank’s and financial institutions in their transformation journey. He is responsible for hiring key talent with niche and specialized technology skills for businesses and acts as a single point of contact for customer deliverables.
